This model represents the familiar car body of the Baldwin line. Almost 1000 produced for most major railroads from 1945 to 1956. The S-12 model being built from 1951 to 1956. Rated at 1200 hp, many are still in use today, a favorite of industries, being reliable and easy to repair.
 
Features
  • As in the standard tradition of American Models, the Baldwin S-12 features finely cut body and details, windows and an operating headlight. Die cast frame, steel wheels, operating couplers and a three position electronic reverse unit comes with all AC hi-rail versions. Handrails packed in box, must be installed.
