the reason that the engine didn't run on your track is because you were running on t tight of a turn radius, if you were a model railroader you'd know that, and use proper terminology. I have this engine, runs smoothly, i recommend at least 22" radius for it, but an 18" radius should do, but it may derail on occasion, so run it at like 25 scale mph, or slower on turns, thats what i do.

For some reason some the wheels didn't sit properly on track. was unable to around the track without haven't to align wheels on track. when setting tender box on track. It wouldn't stead coulpe to locmotive which could cause the wires to break. I did like the sound quality.
