This kit is designed as an add-on for all three style rowhouse kits. You may create one two-story bay window, or two one-story bay windows with the included parts. Bay windows are often found on the side walls of end units. They may also be found on the back wall on the upper floors and the front wall above a porch.

Well thought out kit with good assembly instructions. I think I will enjoy building it even though it is a new building material for me. I wanted to buy and build this kit before I bought one of their larger, more expensive kits. After looking at this kit I am definitely buying some of their larger kits.
