When I received these in the mail, I was disappointed to find that the glue used to hold the metal clamp around the plastic handle had not been applied correctly, and instead, had dripped onto the brushes, rendering them almost useless.
When I contacted MTS to get a new set of brushes sent to me, I was told that I needed to send back the faulty brushes back to them in order to receive new ones. Mind you, this is a $3 item. Instead of taking the opportunity to "wow" a customer by just sending out a new set, Sue Bates (Director of Customer Service & Support) told me it was my responsibility to take action, if I wanted a set of replacement brushes sent to me.
Since then, I have just made do with the crummy brushes I received from MTS. It's not worth the hassle/expense to box them up and send them out. I guess stellar customer service shouldn't be expected, but rather appreciated when it does happen.
