I had a Digitrax Zephyr Plus that gave me so much trouble I bought a NCE power cab and it has been trouble free.

I am still trying to get the hang of this system. It was very easy to set up however the guide book is a little confusing. I have never attempted DCC so it may take sometime. Great price from Model Train Stuff.

This appears to be a high quality set. The power cab provides great versatility in programming and everyday operation. I do find that some sort of holder to attach to the benchwork is a major need as this unit is quite large and you need a safe place to keep it nearby especially since it also serves as the brain of the system and must be kept connected at all times.

Yes. it takes less than 15 min. from box to running your first DCC loco. 10 min. more and I had 3 n scale locos running around. Manual is easy to follow with step by step set up. Best purchase I've made. MTS service is awesome and shipped fast.
