Rail Town HO 2903 2-Unit Self Storage Facility Kit (Yellow)

Modeled after typical steel storage buildings, this kit offers a modern facility that is small enough to fit on layouts with limited space and easily expandable for larger layouts. The size of each building (approx. 2-3/4 x 5") allows them to fit well in tight spaces. They can even be arranged on a hill side. For larger areas, they can be placed in rows as long and wide as necessary.

This highly detailed scale model is made of injection molded plastic. Each kit features complete instructions, color decals, and enough parts to build two buildings with a sign. They are designed to be expandable by adding extra kits and building them with all roll up doors and no office door. Painting is optional because the walls are one color and the rest of the parts are white.
