Description   A typical modern building you will find in most towns and cities. A must for the modeler of modern trains. To save layout space, this kit is just a storefront for use against the backdrop. The building fits the design of Strip Malls ML-001 & ML-002 and can be combined with these to create a mall complex. This kit includes all building parts and signs milled in white and black styrene plastic, clear window glazing, and decals. All parts fit together but may need light sanding in joints for cosmetic reasons. The model needs painting. Paint colors you will need to match the model in the pictures: Floquil Reefer White Floquil Antique White Floquil Grimy Black Testors Flat Black   Features Size: 7" x 3 3/4" x 3½" (180 x 70 x 90 mm) buildings only.
