Idle current is arising up to 3 times!	June 13, 2012

For old name FL4 we undeclarably have now another NEW PCB, New MicroProcessor, and some NEW features, but Idle supply current is arised from 2.5 mA to 8 mA in comparison with old FL4.
New PCB size remained the same. It's beautiful!

Therefore i estimate it as 4 stars!
Old FL4 has 5 stars!

Great little decoder! Highly recommended by my friends.

For some reason it takes these guys almost a week to pack and ship orders.
