I bought this at the same time I bought another tree kit, and I am disappointed with the material supplied for the trees. It is the same or similar shrub material used for other tree kits, but it has been painted grey and flocked with an earthy color. I was able to get about half of the material to be usable, but the rest was a jumbled mess stuck together and not very pleasing to the eye. Rather than canopy, I was able to use a lot of the broken and matted pieces as undergrowth and forest floor. While the idea is good, I suspect the materials were not completely dry when packed. Perhaps it is my particular box and it is a fluke, but for what I needed, it did not perform as well as I thought it should.
