Foam Pencils have a special lead designed to draw on foam without causing damage. The colors will not bleed through paint or other coverings. Each package contains two red and two black pencils.

Though the pencils do mark on the foam without damaging it, the marks are also hard to see and do not make the sharp lines that a sharpie or other marker would produce.
