Description

These GP35 locomotives are painted black with white lettering and white Penn Central logo. They were built by the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors in 1964. From May of 1964 through April 1965, the Pennsylvania Railroad purchased over 100 GP35s from EMD. Then in 1968 the PRR merged with New York Central to form the new Penn Central.
