Like Kit #16-1001, this structure has the same footprint measuring in at 12.5" long x 9.25" wide x 3" tall. If space is of concern, the building can easily be cut in half and used next to the backdrop or edge of layout.

This kit differs from Kit #16-1001 in many ways. The front entrance way is centered on the front wall with four truck doors to the right and left of the entrance. The porch area has a round planter at the front of the windows. Most noticeable are the attractive grooves that extend the length of the building which will make your layout and modules much more interesting to view. The building also has three rail doors on the back wall that can service two or three rails cars depending on their length and door locations.

All parts are made of styrene. The skylights are injected using white styrene and the window glass is darkened to give the building a realistic appearance lighted or unlighted. We have used a high density gray colored styrene to form the roof and walls as a means of resisting possible warping. There is little to no warping of the parts in these kits even as large as they are. We are sure you will enjoy building and displaying our kits on your layout and modules.
