Kato N 101260 Tokyo Metro Subway 10000 Series 4-Car Add-On Set A, Yurakucho Line

The Tokyo Subway (commonly known as Tokyo Metro) Series 10000 was introduced in 2006 for the Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line, and was the first new series vehicle after the transition from the Yodan Subway to Tokyo Metro. With a unique design such as a rounded dome top, it was developed as a standard vehicle for the Tokyo Metro after that.

From March 2013, direct operation with the Fukutoshin Line started with the underground of Shibuya Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line. Currently, not only the Yurakucho Line and Fukutoshin Line but also the Tobu Tojo Line and Seibu can be seen in a wide range of activities from the western part of Saitama prefecture to Motomachi and Chinatown in Yokohama, by mutually connecting to the Yurakucho Line/Ikebukuro Line, Tokyu Toyoko Line and Minato Mirai Line.
