Kato N 101646 700 Series Shinkansen Nozomi Add-On 8-Car Set, Japan National Railways

The 700 Series Shinkansen, which retired from the Tokaido Shinkansen in March 2020, was jointly developed by JR Tokai and JR West as a vehicle for the next-generation Tokaido-Sanyo Shinkansen in 1999. It features a unique aerodynamically designed head shape, single-arm pantograph, and VVVF inverter control.
