Comes with the bumper blocks and lines for the spaces. Just paint and put on your parking lots.

This lit contains 20 unpainted bumpers and numerous vinyl lot lines. I painted my bumpers black. Also included is a wooden jig. This enables you to position the bumper and yellow adhesive lines on both sides. Even a talentless guy like me was able to make it easily look nice. I highly recommend this product!
