Woodland Scenics C1178 9" Shaper Sheet

I love this stuff. Excellent product and excellent to work with

The sharper sheet was easy to form and create a mountain without any additional support. Applying plaster to make the form hard was also easy but you have to thoroughly wet the surface or it will dry too quickly to work with.

It is VERY hard to pull away the fiber mesh from the foil to expose the tacky part. I gave up and used glue instead. Will not buy again

These sheets are great for mountains. I use them with and without plaster (really Sculptamold--which works great). Without plaster for backgrounds. Holds paint and plaster and holds its shape. The other reviewer was trying to take the product apart, which is not the way to use it.

Despite the video, it is not quite as easy to use as pictured. If you just need a mountain, it might be great, but working around an actual layout with tracks, buildings, tunnels etc it is not as easy to use as I imagined. Newspaper and plaster cloth is probably easier.
