The perfect switch to replace a switch that is shot.

Posted by Bradford Paulson on Feb 15th 2019

Just what I need to replace a switch that needs to come out and replaced with a new one so I can do plenty of long hood forward running locals without a derailment.

    Great Turnouts

Posted by Charlie T on Jun 28th 2018

I have over 50 of these in different configurations on my layout. Being able to power the frog is a great advantage for the smaller engines. They work very well and you can't beat the price. Model Train Stuff is the greatest.

Atlas HO 282 Code 100 Track #4 Right Mark IV Turno

Posted by Kimball Kelsey on Jun 28th 2018

I have been an Atlas track customer for years. In the past this has been a 5 star product but within the last couple of years, I have had two problems with several of the #4 turnouts. (1) not having power on the diverging route - had to solder a small wire to correct. (2) the closure rails don't quite match up with the point rails. This causes the train to sometimes jump or derail.
This has only happened with the #4s. The #6s & #8s - no problems. For these reasons I rate this product as average. Atlas needs to work on their Quality Control for the #4 turnouts.
