For years I shook paints. This is wonderful for mixing pure paint or to speed up a mixture with additives. To clean, I quickly spin it in a cup of water with a couple drops of dish soap that I have standing by and wipe dry. I never want to be without one again.

This is one of those silly things you think you don't need. But, this battery operated stirrer will evenly stir a jar of old floquil paint in 15-20 seconds ten times better and faster and with no mess than you could with a small screwdriver or other tool. Very useful.
