What is the eligibility to select curbside pickup?
Curbside pickup is only available to Maryland residents currently.
What COVID precautions are you taking for curbside pickup?
We care about your and our associate’s safety so they will be wearing a mask and gloves at all times. We ask that you wear a mask at all times when you are speaking to our MB Klein Team Members.
Is there an order minimum?
Yes, the order minimum currently is $50 to be eligible for local pickup
What days are you open to pick up an order?
Curbside pickup will now be available 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 3PM!
Curbside pickup orders placed after 11AM will typically not be available until the following day
How long before I can pick up my order?
We strive to have your order ready within 6 hours, however, during times of peak demand, we may need additional time to process your order. Please wait until you receive an email from us that your order is ready for pickup!
How long will you hold my order for pickup?
Orders will be held by us for up to 15 business days. If you do not pick up your order within 15 business days then, the order will be canceled, and you will be automatically refunded for the full amount of your order.
What should I do when I arrive?
Please pull into one of the marked pickup locations in front of our warehouse. One of our associates will walk to your car and ask for your name and order #. Please make sure to have your order email ready on your phone or printed out for us to provide you with the quickest pickup possible! When they return to your vehicle with your item, associates will place the order in your trunk or backseat. To keep this process smooth, please prepare your vehicle ahead of time by moving car seats forward, folding back seats down, and moving personal items out of the area where you’d like associates to load your product. If you must exit the vehicle to open a back window or trunk, please do so before an associate has approached your vehicle.
There is bad weather today, is pickup still available?
Inclement weather will occasionally require us to close curbside pickup. Please check this page before picking up your order for inclement weather updates if you are unsure of our status for the day.
