The coupler boxes are thinner than I expected, but still work wonderfully with the whisker couplers I have, will be buying again anytime I need coupler boxes.

I've never gone wrong with a Kadee product.

Easy to use. Works perfectly with Kadee #148 couplers. Replaced worn gear boxes from Athearn and Walthers freight cars

For those of us who have chosen Kadee couplers as our standard, the snap-together coupler pocket is a very welcome natural evolution of the product. They work like a charm and I find them easy and convenient to work with. They snap together easy as pie and I find they hold their coupler level without sagging. Be advised, however, that once these coupler pockets are snapped together, they are not hospitable to un-snapping.
