Monroe Models N 9205 Ellie's House Kit

You remember Ellie's House. Not far from the tracks and across the street from the depot. As a kid you saw her sitting on the front step or looking out the bay window whenever a train would arrive in town.

The kit is based on a Victorian era Gothic House of the late 1800s.

Kit is made of precision laser cut bass wood, and fiber board materials. It includes cast metal chimneys, peel and stick windows and trim, plus laser cut window glazing. The roof is etched with simulated cedar shake shingles so no assembly of tiny shingles is required.
