    Scenic Cement S191

Posted by Mark Anthony on Oct 8th 2018

I was in hopes this would work better, but it doesn't really stick anything very well. I've used it on ballast and I have to spray it several times to get it to stick at all. Not real happy with it.

    Shelf Life

Posted by Barry Hammer on Jun 29th 2018

This is the second bottle of Scenic Cement i have ordered from Model Train Stuff. Both bottles contained a rubber substance that was obviously part of the 50/50 mixture that at one point had frozen in time or just did not mix well. Even after shaking the bottle for 5 minutes, the rubbery substance did not mix in. After 45 seconds in the microwave on a low setting (cap off of course) it broke down to where shaking finally blended the mixture the way it should have been. is this a "batch number" problem or just something to expect with this product??

    application

Fairly easy to use although 2 different spray heads still can saturate a smaller area-still learning fine tuning small areas to finish. Had not experienced any shelf life dilemma and buying a second bottle-Thanks MTS Team for e-mail notification!
