The seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide top notch service to external customers and vendors. The CSR will also collaborate with internal departments to help determine strategic solution to customer and vendor related matters.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work within our customer service department to
Field incoming calls and customer inquiries
Identify and assess the customers need
Ensure that the customer receives the best service possible.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Communicate with internal teams regarding customer inquiries related to orders, order fulfillment, shipment delays and other questions or concerns as necessary.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Be a champion of M.B. Klein inside and outside of the store.
Additional duties as assigned
1-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment or as a client services representative.
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Strong phone handling skills with the ability to be an active listener.
Ability to multi-task and maintain efficiency.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Conscientious, organized, and detail-oriented, problem solver. Eager to trouble shoot problems and investigating the matter until there is enough information to resolve the customers issue.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative attitude and will work well both in the team environment as well as independently.
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
The person in this position will work on a computer 6+ hours
The person in this position will frequently sit at their desk and computer, 6+ hours per day
This position requires the ability to be on the phone for 6+ hours to address customer service calls. This role will need to hear, listen and communicate to customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
