We are currently shipping orders placed February 15th

Our normal return policy is now in effect.

Thank you for your purchase and for trusting us with your model railroading needs. We have endeavored to maintain an extensive range of new products to make your hobby experience rewarding. We fully realize that you are excited to receive your order and we all want you to have it as soon as possible. We are working tirelessly to fulfill orders and cut through our current backlog. For those reasons we want to provide insight about how the current environment has made stocking and shipping more difficult and more importantly, what our team is doing to overcome those challenges.

We have worked tirelessly with our manufacturers and transportation companies to make sure our inventory is as complete as we can make it during the recent supply chain uncertainties. Then the unfortunate COVID and related sickness has cut deep into our fulfillment staff. We have added extra evening and weekend shifts and we have extended the engagements with several of our seasonal workers to reduce our shipping backlog.

We regret that these events have temporarily compromised our normally fast service. Everyone in our company has made significant contributions to this process during this challenging time. Fulfilling outstanding orders is a top priority for us right now and while there may be delays, we don’t expect those delays to be exceptionally long.
